On Saturday May 13th, the Centennial It's Academic TV team (Siri Neerchal, Sahil Saini, Rohan Laljani, and Jakob Boeye) played a semifinal match defeating Friends School and Urbana 555 to 445 to 350. This show will air on WJZ TV channel 13 on Saturday June 3rd at 10AM.  The championship match was against Severna Park and Dulaney. We entered the final 3 minutes competitive grab bag trailing by 55 points and in third place. Our team proceeded to get the next nine questions with blazing speed and domination that the game was no longer in doubt with 60 seconds to go. Final score: Centennial 570, Severna Park 395, Dulaney 375. The final score reflects a 230 point run in that 3 minute space. To quote Fayyaz Zaidi: "It was beautiful." This match will appear on WJZ TV channel 13 on Saturday June 24 at 10AM. Congratulations Baltimore Metro Champions!

Centennial will play in the TV Superbowl against the DC Metro Champion and Central Virginia Metro Champion this coming Saturday at WRC TV studios in DC.
