Information for Course Registration for 2023-2024
Course registration for the school year 2023-2024 is due on January 17th, 2023. The Course Registration process for next school year is now open. Students were given information on registration in the school’s auditorium on December 21, 2022. Read more.
Do you have a CHS cap and gown from 2022?
If you would be interested in donating your 2022 RED CHS graduation gown or cap and gown combination, please bring them to the front office at Centennial High School. We will be happy to accept your donations now through the end of January 2023. Thank you for your time and consideration.

QuHacks
Are you interested in computer science, free food, and coding with friends to win prizes? If so, come to QuHacks, a local hackathon for high schoolers and middle schoolers! The event will be on January 14th, 2023, at Howard Community College from 9AM to 6PM. All experience levels are welcome, and attendees are free to come with a team of friends or make new friends at the event! More info can be found at https://quhacks.tech/.
NEST (Now Everyone Stand Together)
This summer, we wrote to you about an upcoming program at Centennial designed to promote student voice, encourage discourse, and build community. The topics planned are pulled from approved curricula and are centered around issues important to our student body. Through our newsletters, we will share vignettes and discussion questions our students engage with so you can continue the conversations at home. Read more.

RTA Bus Passes
HCPSS has again partnered with the Howard County Government and the Regional Transportation Agency of Central Maryland to provide free RTA bus access to students. Read more.
Clothing to Cash Collection Bins
Clean out your closets and bring us your unwanted clothing, footwear, textiles, accessories (including handbags, backpacks, jewelry) and more!! CHS' Clothing to Cash collection bin is located at the curbside of BMMS. It is the far end when you drive down Burleigh Manor MS toward CHS. The funds generated from your donated items will directly benefit and support our programs here at Centennial High School. Thank you very much for your support!
