Eagle News
It is great to be an Eagle! US News and World Report Best High Schools 2018…Centennial is ranked number 7 in the state, 391 in the nation and we are a Gold Level School! We are even ranked 116th Best STEM High School in the nation and we are not even a STEM school! Eagle Excellence, Eagle Pride!
There will be a CHS Football parent and player meeting for all returning, new, and incoming players and parents on Thursday, May 24 at 6:30 in the CHS Auditorium. At this meeting, we will confirm our offseason and season schedules, review expectations, hand out paperwork, and introduce the coaching staff. This is a mandatory meeting for all players. Go Eagles!
We thank our PTSA for the incredible, amazing, “off the charts,” After Prom…and a very special thank you to Michelle Berry!
We would like to invite you to an informational session about human trafficking, hosted by Centennial’s Anti Human Trafficking Awareness Club (AHTAC). Although human trafficking seems like a distant problem, it impacts people in Howard County. Come to our event to learn about the realities of the issue and hear from the Howard County police officers who work to help the victims every day! You’ll have an opportunity to ask questions to organizations that help victims too (HocoAGAST and HopeWorks).
Be advised that we will discuss mature topics. Bring friends and anyone interested in learning more (they don’t even need to attend CHS). Food will be provided and admission is free!
The event is Friday, May 18th from 6:00 pm to 8:30 pm in the cafeteria at Centennial High School, so save the date and become aware of the human trafficking in your community. We are accepting free will donations and proceeds will go directly to the HopeWorks foundation. Thank you. Sincerely, CHS AHTAC” (Sponsor Mr. David Riddler)

Graduation is May 30th at 8am:
Graduates and families should plan to arrive no more than 60 minutes, and no less than 30 minutes, before the ceremony.
Lot 1 is reserved for cars with disability placards or license plates.
Graduates and families should park only in the numbered parking lot(s) or the lot(s) designated for their school. We appreciate graduates and families parking only in those areas designated for their school’s graduation, as that will allow for the most efficient traffic flow for all ceremonies.
Come out and support our teams in the playoffs…
Have a safe and Happy Mother’s Day!
