Eagle News:

Congratulations to our Science Olympiad Team. For the second year in a row, Centennial won the SO Invitational Tournament hosted by the National Cathedral School in Washington, DC. Not only did Team #1 win the tournament, team #2 placed third out of 23 teams.  We have some great returning veterans and some very energetic, hard working new Olympians.

We head to Fairfax High School in January for another invitational and the regionals will be in early February.

Maryam Elhabashy gave a speech at the first #onehoward event. It was a pretty great experience. She got a standing ovation… Here’s an article with a small excerpt from her speech: http://news.schoolsdo.org/2016/12/md-county-schools-confront-racism-bigotry/
