Registration for the 9/30 Walk-The link to register is here. If you will be registering more than one participant for the walk, please make sure you add each walker to your cart. Once you add registrants to your cart, you will check them all out at the end. Please add the name of each walker to the “description box” in order to expedite the process when distributing shirts at the event.
Please Note: Day of registrations will be accepted for $10. Please bring a check made payable to “Centennial High School” or exact change in cash and arrive by 9:45am.
Unable to attend the walk?-There are two different options if you are unable to join us in-person for this event.
Option 1:Register for the event using the above link and you can walk virtually with us. If you would like us to send you a shirt via mail when the shirts arrive, please provide your home address in the comment box and your shirt size(s). We can’t guarantee your shirt will arrive by the day of the walk, however, we will do our best to get the shirt out ASAP once they arrive. If walking virtually, we will be providing a Zoom or Google Meet link the week of the walk in order for you to join our opening ceremony virtually.
Option 2: If you are unable to join us in-person or virtually, there is an option to make a donation towards the Emily Scott Award. Please use this link to make a donation of any amount. We appreciate your generosity! If making a donation, you may also see if your employer is willing to match your contribution. A few people were able to make that happen last year!
Participation Shirts
Walkers who register by Thursday, September 7th are guaranteed their selected shirt size. Walkers who register after that date are not guaranteed a shirt. No shirt size exchanges can be made on walk day. Click here to view the shirt.
Post-Walk Party
Please join us at Manor Hill Brewery (4411 Manor Lane, Ellicott City, MD 21042) for post-walk refreshments. The brewery is an open-field farm located just around the corner from Centennial High School. The venue opens at 12:00pm. Please bring blankets, chairs, pop-up tents, etc. to make it an enjoyable afternoon. The farm has food trucks on the weekends and a plethora of adult libations, as well as activities for kids as well! Bring the whole family! We hope to see you there!
