Current Students:
Requesting Transcripts for College Applications
- HCPSS uses Naviance to manage requests for transcripts, as well as to submit them to colleges and universities on behalf of current students.
- All current HCPSS high school students have an account in Naviance, which can be accessed from the hcpss.me webpage.
- Transcripts are free. Students are asked to include all of your colleges in Naviance, even ones that don’t require a transcript.
Requesting a Transcript for Anything Other Than College Admission
- For current students requesting a transcript for anything other than college admission, please complete the CHS Current HS Student Transcript Request & Waiver Form. There is no charge for transcripts for current students.
HCPSS Graduates:
- HCPSS is now using ScribOrder to fulfill all transcript and diploma requests for previous graduates (Class of 2024 and earlier) as well as graduation and diploma verifications.
- Requests, verifications, and secure payments are all managed by ScribOrder. Request progress can be tracked after creating your ScribOrder account.
