Our next Read the Rainbow bookclub will occur on Tuesday, June 4th at 7:00PM and feature the book Late to the Party. The book's author, Kelly Quindlen, will be present at our bookclub meeting to answer questions and talk about her writing process. . Register here to participate.

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
CHS Rainbow Representative: Rainbow Representatives ensure that schools are allies and advocates for LGBTQIA+ students, staff, and families. The school Rainbow Representative attends quarterly meetings; receives and disseminates information regarding LGBTQIA+ topics of interest to the school and school community as appropriate; and provides instructional support for educators. CHS has an LGBTQIA+ Club called SAGA (Sexuality and Gender Alliance). SAGA is a club designed to give students a safe place to gather socially, expand friendships as well as a place to learn about and discuss topics related to the LGBTQ+ community. Both LGBTQ+ students and allies are welcome to attend. SAGA meets on Wednesdays from 2:35-3:15 pm Location: Room 507(Mrs. Seker's room).
