The Chinese Association at Centennial (CAAC) – a PTSA Parent Advocacy group – would like to cordially invite all teachers and staff at Centennial High School to their annual Chinese Dumpling Lunch on Friday, February 3 this year, during your lunch time.  Come to room#603 and enjoy this traditional meal celebrating the Lunar New Year (Year of the Rooster).  We will have a variety of delicious dumplings, cookies, Chinese pancakes, and sauces.
