There will be a mandatory preseason parent meeting for all prospective Varsity and JV Baseball candidates this Thursday 2/2 @ 6:30 in the Media Center. Please bring all completed eligibility paperwork with you to the meeting. Athletes who have tried out for a sport this school year only needs to provide the parent permission form and a BGE bill. All other athletes must provide those documents plus a Physical form (with doctors signature) Cardiac arrest forms, concussion forms, and first time athletes at CHS must also provide a copy of a birth certificate.----Freshman and Juniors should also sign up for concussion tests ASAP. No athlete is permitted to try-out with having turned in all of the completed paperwork.
