The CHS PTSA is accepting nominations for the 2017 Commitment to Excellence (CTE) award. Each year, this recognition is awarded to a dedicated staff member who has demonstrated a committed and caring attitude toward students and fellow staff members. This recognition includes a $300.00 monetary award and their nameplate will be added to the Commitment to Excellence eternity plaque, which is displayed in the CHS Main Office.  Nomination forms are available on the PTSA website:  www.chs-ptsa.org. The nomination deadline is Monday, May 1, 2017. Questions?
