PTSA
Redistricting Exemptions – Parents Must Decide by Dec 13.
On November 21, 2019, the Board of Education voted to revise school attendance areas for the 2020–2021 school year.
Several student groups will have the option of attending the new school or remaining at their current school, but parents must make their decision by December 13. If you are the parent of a current 10th grader, 11th grader, or JumpStart participant; have an IEP or 504 plan; or if a custodial parent is on active military duty, check out the exemption web page for more info.
For those families affected, the new and previous school will offer extensive support for the transition, including plans for class placement, accommodations, and information sharing. There will also be open houses and other opportunities to meet visit the school and meet with staff and administration. More information on the transition plans is available here.
