2020 COMMITMENT TO EXCELLENCE AWARD

You know who that special CHS staff person is that makes your CHS experience great. Please nominate that person for a 2020 Commitment to Excellence (CTE) Award. This recognition is

awarded to a dedicated staff member who is making a difference at CHS, and demonstrates a committed and caring attitude toward students and fellow staff members.

The winner will receive a $300.00 monetary award and their nameplate will be added to the Commitment to Excellence eternity plaque displayed in the CHS Main Office. All CTE nominees will be recognized during the annual End-Of-School Staff Luncheon.

REQUIREMENTS

Nominees must be current CHS staff members-- teaching or non-teaching.

Nominations will be accepted from staff, students, parents and members of the CHS community.

Only one nomination will be accepted per person.

Nominations will be accepted no later than: 4:00 PM Friday, May 1st, 2020
