Senior Scholarship Program

The Centennial High School PTSA is pleased to announce our annual Senior Scholarship Program. Applications are now being accepted and four (4) $500.00 awards are available. Four seniors, from the class of 2020, will be awarded scholarships at CHS Senior Awards Night

To be considered you must be a 2020 CHS graduating senior and be accepted to a college (2 or 4 year), art school, trade/military or technical school.

There are a few easy steps to complete your application. To apply you must:

Application must be completed by the student

Send via email with subject as : PTSA Senior Scholarship

Attach complete application

Attach Counselor approval email (Counselor to confirm post high school status for scholarship eligibility)

Write your name and submission date within the email

Send application via email to ptsachsapps@gmail.com

Applications must be received no later than: 4:00 PM Friday, May 1st, 2020 Application forms are available on the PTSA Website at https://www.chs-ptsa.org/
