Material Return - Underclassmen, August 18

It’s time for underclassmen to return their materials! Drop-off will be on Tuesday, August 18th in front of the building. In order to ensure a smooth drop-off event, we do have to assign appointment times. We will be using a simple alphabetical breakdown for ease of planning and to ensure families don’t have to make mulitple trips. However, we recognize that some families have work obligations or other limitations to their schedules. The good news is, materials can be returned by anyone! If you are unable to come to the building on the 18th, and can safely transfer your items to a friend or family member to bring to school on your behalf, that would be great! If you have a conflict and simply can not make alternative plans, please let us know by emailing marie_dow@hcpss.org and we will collaborate with you to make arrangements for the return of your student’s materials.

Procedures:

  • Review the maps below so you know what to expect.
  • Complete a Material Collection Form to bring to the drop off with you.
  • Enter campus using the main boulevard entrance during your appointed drop-off time (see chart below).
  • Follow the traffic patterns to the drop-off stations.
  • Wear your face mask when it’s your turn to drop off your materials.
  • Exit the parking lot using the main exit. Be prepared for ‘right-turn’ only at the exit depending on traffic.

Materials need to be stored and prepared for redistribution for the fall semester. The sooner we can get things back in our hands, the sooner they will be ready to re-issue. So, thanks for making an effort to return your materials next week. 

Students who are changing schools should return their materials to the school who issued those materials.
