New Student Orientation - 9/3/2020, 9:00-11:30am

Students New to CHS should follow the schedule below on Thursday morning to join our staff and upperclassmen as we prepare for your new adventure as an Eagle. In order to find your Meet codes for your scheduled classes, logon to Synergy beginning September 1st to see your course schedule.

In order to attend Meet Sessions, students must login using their hcpss credentials. The easiest way to ensure you are properly logged in is to open hcpss.me and click on the 'Meet' icon in the lower right hand corner. Make sure your morning is stress free by making sure you have a good connection and that you are able to login to hcpss.me before the morning begins.

For help organizing your Meet Codes and following the schedule, make a copy of this organizer for students. To access the document, you must be logged in to HCPSS.me using your hcpss.inst.

Back To School - 9/3/2020, 6:00-8:30pm

Our annual Fall Back to School event will be held on September 3, 2020 from 6:00-8:30 with classroom visits beginning at 6:30 sharp.

Get Ready

To help you organize your Meet codes for virtual classroom visits, please click on this link and make a copy of the resource provided. Then, login to Synergy beginning September 1st and grab a list of your students first semester courses.

Get Set

Families will begin the evening by watching a short, 26 minute video presentation from the administrative team and the three minute message from our Athletics and Activities Manager, Jeannie Prevosto. You will have time on the 3rd to watch it from 6:00pm-6:30pm, or you can watch them ahead of time. For your convenience, a copy of the slide deck for the adminsitrative presentation is embedded at the bottom of this page. NOTE: The counselor breakdown shown on the video is off by one letter between Mr. Kriner and Mrs. Hebler. It should be: Kriner (Cp- H) and Hebler is (I - Mc). Sorry for any confusion!
