SENIORS and the College Application

Counselors will be holding senior classroom lessons on The College Application on September 16th and September 23rd. Meet groups CODES are according to your assigned English teacher (for first or second semester). 

SEPTEMBER 16th

SEPTEMBER 17th from 6:30 to 8:00 is Senior Parent night 

SEPTEMBER 18th and 25th (Friday) from 12-1 pm will be SENIOR only code: COUNSELORCORNER12  

College Essay Support:  

If you are a second semester, or an HCC English 12 student, you will have access to an asynchronous College essay lesson. This lesson was developed by our English 12 teachers and will be available to you shortly. The three-part lesson will also include a one on one meeting with a CHS English 12 teacher on October 14th. Please check your Canvas notifications for more information. We will also post information about other FREE resources available to you and will continue to share those resources via Canvas notifications.  The Howard County Library is offering a two part series of informative and educational college essay presentations.  (See below for links)
