Attention Seniors - Senior Pictures are right around the corner

Fri, 10/09/2020 - 11:15am

Seniors,

The following is an important message from your friendly yearbook advisor. Please read in its entirety.

1.  You should be receiving your Prestige Appointment Cards for your senior portraits in the mail. They look like bulk mailers, so please do not discard. They have your unique scheduling code on them.

2.  This is the ONLY sitting we have scheduled, so please make every effort to have your senior portrait taken.

3.  Make your appointment. Keep your appointment.

4.  A sitting for just two yearbook photos is FREE! If you want more detailed senior portraits, there is a cost for the sitting, and it is outlined on your appointment card.

5.  YOU NEED TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT ON YOUR OWN USING YOUR CODE ON THE CARD.

6.  Prestige will be here on 10/28 & 29 and 11/2, 4, 5 & 6 from 8 AM-3 PM. You may need to schedule a time when you are in class. During in-person learning, we would offer you a pass, but given the virtual model, this is not possible, so please keep this as a consideration as you are planning your picture day time. You may need to miss a class, so please schedule accordingly and inform your teacher. I will be sending out a “heads-up” to all staff regarding this point.

7.  You should enter the building on the gym side and check-in. You will be admitted to the auditorium at your designated time. You will depart through the side door by the publications room. Prestige has taken abundant care to secure your safety; we ask that you do the same and wear your mask until it is time for your photo.

8.  Even if you are using an outside photographer - the yearbook photos are FREE, so make an appointment and at the very least, have your picture taken.

9.  I have no other school picture dates, so this may be your only opportunity for senior portraits. Please make every effort to be there.

10. The photographers provide the tux/drape options for students.

11.  We do accept senior portraits from outside photographers, but you must maintain consistency - blue background, tux/drape, no props - most photographers in the area are familiar with our process.

12.  Please contact kristin_lavender@hcpss.org if you should have any questions regarding scheduling or the process.
