Semester 2 Textbook Distribution

Pick up of supplies and materials for the second semester will take place at CHS on Wednesday, February 17th between 7:30 a.m. –  5:30 p.m. 

Procedures: 

  • Sign up for a time slot using the google form below:

  • Review the maps below so you know what to expect when you arrive at school. 

  • Enter campus using the main boulevard entrance at your scheduled time. 

  • Bring an index card with your First Name, Last Name, and grade clearly printed in block letters on it. 

  • Follow the traffic patterns to the pick-up stations.

  • Wear your face mask when it’s your turn to pick-up your materials.

  • Give your index card to the volunteer. 

  • Exit the parking lot using the main exit. Be prepared for ‘right-turn’ only at the exit depending on traffic. 

Materials can be picked up by anyone! If you are unable to come to the building on the 17th and can safely retrieve your materials from a friend or family member, ask them to pick up your materials.

Materials that are not picked up on the 17th will be available for pick up any time during regular business hours beginning Feb. 18th.  If you need to adjust your scheduled time, send an email to Marie_Dow@hcpss.org.
