Centennial Class of '24 A letter from your class Board

Wed, 04/14/2021 - 1:11pm

Dear Class of 2024 Parents/Guardians,

It is hard to believe that your student is more than halfway done with their freshman year at Centennial High School! Considering how unconventional this school year has been, we are very proud of the class of 2024 for adapting to high school as well as they have. We know this has not been the start of high school that most of our students were looking forward to, but we want to ensure the best experience for them in the upcoming years. That is why we are asking for your help now with this fundraising appeal. The following incentives are being offered for those who choose to help kick off the fundraising:

  • A donation of at least $50 earns a Class of 2024 t-shirt.
  • A $100 donation earns a Class of 2024 sweatshirts.
  • A $150 donation earns both the Class of 2024 t-shirt and sweatshirt.
  • T-shirt Design

While this drive is completely optional, we would greatly appreciate your donations! These donations will go directly towards the production of student-run events and help offset ticket prices for events in your student’s junior and senior years. If we raise enough money, there could even be an additional event senior year, such as a Luau! A generous donation could also help a student with a difficult financial situation go to prom. In addition, multiple people can donate in a student's name, so please feel free to forward this information to grandparents, aunts/uncles, generous neighbors, or anyone interested in supporting Centennial High School students.

You can make donations online via credit card.

To donate online:

1. Visit chs.hcpss.org

2. Scroll down and click “Online Payment”

3. Scroll down and select "Class '24 Donations"

4. Enter student’s full name and shirt size in the description box and the amount you’d like to donate below it.

5. Select "Add to Cart" and follow the prompts for check-out.

Thanks again for all your support! We look forward to working with you to give the Class of 2024 the best class high school experience!

-Sincerely, Hannah Elliott, Jacob Traver, and The Class Board of 2024
