Your CHS PTSA Needs You. We have several key positions that must be filled in order to maintain our status as a PTSA and non-profit. We are legally required to have (at least) a President, Secretary, and Treasurer in order to function as a non-profit.
Losing our status means that we will not be able to raise or distribute money to support our key initiatives. I know they haven’t been as visible during the pandemic, but don’t forget that the PTSA provides students, families and staff with many enhancements to the academic experience:
If we don’t get volunteers for these three positions, the PTSA will not be able to meet the requirements of our bylaws, and these great programs won’t happen.
I know it sounds like a lot, but it’s really not a huge time commitment. We already have many great committee members who know how to run their programs.
Please consider stepping up to keep our PTSA together.
