WorldFest 2022 is fast approaching!  This year's event will take place on Wednesday April 6th from 4-8 PM.  As a special inducement, NHS will be selling discounted "early bird" tickets for entrance into WF ($3 instead of $5 at the door!).  Students & families should OSP to purchase the early bird tickets through Sunday April 3rd.  Students will pick up their WorldFest wristbands at "will call" on the day of the event.  Click to access the OSP link (Links to an external site.). "What if I miss the "early bird" special?"  No worries, wristbands ($5) and food tickets ($1 each) will be on sale the day of the event.  

What exactly is WorldFest?!  WorldFest is co-sponsored by National Honor Society and Dance Honor Society.  This annual event highlights and celebrates the cultural diversity here at CHS.  It has been three years since we held an in-person WorldFest, so here is a little primer on what to expect:

FOOD:  WF opens with a variety of food offerings from around the world.  From 4-6 PM, about 20 CHS clubs will be selling food and drinks in the cafeteria.  Food tickets cost $1 each and most offerings will be priced between 2-4 tickets.  All proceeds benefit the sponsoring extracurricular club.  

WORKSHOPS:  From 6-7 PM student leaders from throughout CHS will conduct a variety of workshops that highlight the tremendous cultural diversity of CHS.  

TALENT/FASHION:  From 7-8 PM, come to the auditorium to witness the amazing array of talent that CHS students bring to the stage.  Sponsored by the CHS Dance Honor Society, the WorldFest talent show is not to be missed.  In between acts, students will also walk the runway in traditional attire of their cultural heritage in the WorldFest fashion show.
