Requesting a Transcript: 

Current Students:

*Transcript requests for college admission will be submitted via Naviance.  Students will have access to enter these requests in Naviance once the 2023-2024 school year begins.

Can you update the CHS website by replacing the highlighted section below with "*If requesting a transcript for anything other than college admission, please complete the CHS Current HS Student Transcript Request & Waiver Form.  There is no charge for transcripts for current students."
 

Graduates, Class of 2019 - Class of 2023 please complete the Graduation Transcript Request Form and submit payment by following the link within the form.  There is a $5 fee for all graduate transcript requests.  Requests will be processed once the response and payment are received.

For Class of 2018 and earlier, please complete the Howard County Public School System (HCPSS) Post-Graduation Transcript Request Form and submit payment by following the link within the form.  There is a $5 fee for all graduate transcript requests.  Requests will be processed once the response and payment are received.
