Update your Family File for the 2022-23 school year. 

You can access and complete your Family File through HCPSS Connect . Family File can only be accessed through the account of a parent/guardian.  You will be asked to verify or update the following information: Student Information, Parent/Guardian Contact, Emergency Contact, Medical Information, Arrival/Dismissal Procedures, Photo Approval, Data Confidentiality, and PTA/PTSA Directory. This information must be completed every year to ensure HCPSS has the most current information for each child.

Reminder to Complete or Renew Your FARMs Application

HCPSS participates in the Free and Reduced-price Meals (FARMs) program.  Participation in FARMs qualifies students for a wide range of opportunities and resources beyond breakfast and lunch, including free college applications, free or reduced JumpStart tuition, discounted internet through the Comcast Internet Essentials program, and more.  Read more.

Multilingual Parent Leadership Program (MPLP)

The Multilingual Parent Leadership Program (MPLP) is designed to increase leadership capacity of Multilingual parents to step into leadership roles in schools and communities as advocates on behalf of the system’s Multilingual students. The six-week program helps Multilingual parents understand the framework of the US educational system and the structure and functions of the Howard County Public School System.  Read more.
