Homecoming 2025

Homecoming is September 27!

Spirit Week is September 22 - 26:
  • Monday: pep rally and color day
  • Tuesday: school closed
  • Wednesday: movie & TV character days
  • Thursday: decades day
  • Friday: twin day

Students will start off Homecoming Week on Monday, September 22nd, by joining together to celebrate our collective accomplishments and successes at our annual pep rally. This event will include volleyball and flag football games, marching band, dance company, and drill team performances, celebrations of all of our fall student athletes, and interactive games for the entire student body.

Please wear your class color on Monday:

  • 9th graders: black
  • 10th graders: blue
  • 11th graders: white
  • 12th graders: red

Spirit Week will continue on Wednesday, September 24th, with Movie and TV Character Day, where students are encouraged to dress up as their favorite personality from a movie or TV show. While costumes are allowed, please make sure to follow HCPSS dress code guidelines, including not wearing a full mask or bringing in any weapons (even if they are fake!).

On Thursday, September 25th, we will be going back in time with Decades Day, as our 9th graders dress up like the Y2K era, 10th graders as the 90s, 11th graders as the 80s, and 12th graders as the 70s. The same guidelines are in place with regards to the dress code.

Finally, on Friday, September 26th, we will bring back a CHS-favorite of Twin and Multiplicity Day where students can pick a peer or group to dress up like. This is a great day for our clubs and teams to show off their group apparel as we go into the Homecoming Day celebrations.Day celebrations.
